Terence McFarland served as CEO of LA Stage Alliance for over a decade. He provided strategic leadership in their mission toward building awareness, appreciation and support for Los Angeles’ performing arts community. He was the Associate Executive Director of the 1700 seat Younes and Soraya Nazarian Performing Arts Center (The Soraya) on the campus of California State University Northridge. Additionally, he is an adjunct lecturer at Goucher College Master of Arts in Arts Administration. McFarland holds a BFA and MFA from CalArts, along with completing executive education programs at Stanford University and Harvard Graduate Business School. A former chair of the board of Arts for LA, he has served as a grants panelist, moderator, consultant, and advocate for numerous wide range of arts organizations and initiatives.
