NOW HIRING: CRM, ARCHIVES + DIGITAL METHODOLOGY INTERN

NOW HIRING: CRM, ARCHIVES + DIGITAL METHODOLOGY INTERN

Announcements, Board & Staff

Los Angeles Performance Practice (LAPP) is seeking a CRM, Archives, and Digital Methodology Intern to join our team for the 2025–2026 season. Interns must be current undergraduates or spring 2025 grads. Applications are due July 11, 2025.

This paid, part-time position supported by the Los Angeles County Arts & Culture Arts Internship Program offers hands-on experience supporting the digital infrastructure of a contemporary performance organization. Working closely with the LAPP staff, the intern will assist in managing our CRM system, organizing digital archives, and researching emerging digital tools (including AI-driven platforms) to optimize workflows and enhance community engagement. This role offers a unique opportunity to apply technical and research skills in a creative, artist-centered environment.

Key responsibilities include maintaining and organizing contact databases, supporting digital archiving efforts, and assisting with content tagging, metadata, and accessibility features. The intern will also contribute to the research and implementation of digital tools to support communications, project documentation, and engagement strategies. Through this experience, the intern will develop skills in data management, digital research, archival organization, and the integration of technology into nonprofit arts workflows.

This hybrid internship averages 20 hours per week and includes both remote and in-person work, with one required in-person day each week at LAPP’s shared office in Silver Lake. Occasional evening and weekend hours are expected during production periods. Interns will receive a laptop for the duration of the internship, transportation support for off-site activities, and access to direct mentorship and professional development opportunities. This position is ideal for early-career arts workers interested in building practical experience in producing and arts leadership.

How to Apply:
Send a resume and cover letter to hello@performancepractice.org. Your cover letter should express your interest in Los Angeles Performance Practice and why you think your skills and interests would make you a good fit for the position. Applications are due July 11, 2025. Thank you and we look forward to hearing from you!
