Greg Wohead // HURTLING

Greg Wohead // HURTLING

Los Angeles Events

Greg Wohead returns to Los Angeles with HURTLING, a performance for one that takes place on the rooftop of Ace Hotel Downtown Los Angeles.

HURTLING is an invitation to remember a previous version of yourself, to imagine a future version and to wonder who that makes you now.

This performance is for one audience member at a time, and takes place outdoors. If you have a friend you’d like to experience the performance with, we recommend you book two side-by-side appointments!

GREG WOHEAD is a writer, performer and live artist originally from Texas. He makes theatre performances, one-to-one pieces and audio works. Drawing from a broad range of references and forms including autobiography, found audio, film, historical reenactment and fan fiction, Wohead creates a sense of the off-centre, the slippery, the queer.

His work has been seen at theaters and festivals in the UK, US and Europe including Battersea Arts Centre, Bristol Old Vic, Ovalhouse, Mayfest, Northern Stage, BUZZCUT, The Yard, Forest Fringe, Bios (Athens), LAX Festival (Los Angeles), Fusebox Festival (Austin) and ArtPower (San Diego).
