A 2-Session Workshop for Artists. June 3 and June 10 with an optional June 21 session. This workshop is designed to provide you with an accessible, artist-centered strategy for grant writing – including understanding how to find opportunities and put together all parts of an application.

For this year’s Festival, we are excited to partner with the Vaccinate All 58 (VA58) Neighborhood Partnership Program and host an informational booth at our check-in. The Vaccinate All 58 (VA58) Neighborhood Partnership Program aims to educate community members on safe practices for the prevention of COVID-19 and importance of vaccinations.

Our colleagues from Live Art Denmark are in town the month of July and LAPP will host a meet and greet for artists as well as a VR demonstration in partnership with Thymele Arts.
LAPP is hosting an open Q&A on May 3rd at 1pm for Los Angeles artists to hear more about the upcoming opportunity for the MAP Fund from their team.
The MAP Fund announced their 2022 Grant Cycle, which will distribute $2.6M to new, live performance projects in the United States and its territories that connect with MAP’s mission to invest in artistic production as the critical foundation of imagining, and ultimately co-creating, a more equitable and vibrant society.
The application is open now and will close May 27, 2022 at 7:00pm E.T.
